Pirate Night at a Taste of Key West - Sat. July 16
Avast me mateys,
     Slightly Sedated will be dropping anchor at "A Taste of Key West" in Ridley Park on Sat. July 16 from 7:00-11:00, and as Key West was known as a pirates haven, we'll celebrate our return with the premier of our newest original "Talkin' Like a Pirate". The real Key West celebrates their pirate heritage every year with a festival (www.piratesinparadise.com), but if you can't get there this year, "A Taste of Key West" in Ridley Park is the next best thing.  It's on the water, and one never knows who will be dropping the gangplank and docking for a fun night of Caribbean cuisine, pirate grog, music, and dancing in the pirates cove adjoining our stage and sandy beach at A Taste of Key West.
    A Taste of Key West is just minutes from I-95 and the Blue Route (see www.atasteofkeywestpa.com) or a short dinghy ride from the Delaware river, and is a wonderful summer evening hangout. The decor is reminiscent of Key West's bar scene and their menu is developed around the best of the Keys, the Caribbean and yes, even pirate vittles, so you might try some "Pirate Soul Crab Cakes" or even the "Dry Tortuga's Garlic Chicken".
    So don't be a scurvy bilge rat or a scalawag!! Just put on yer eye patch, a tri-cornered hat or bandana, and bring your boarding party to join us for the fun, merriment and rousing good times at "A Taste of Key West" on Saturday night July 16 from 7:00-11:00.
