Life's a Beach - Fri. June 25 at A Taste of Key West, Ridley Park, PA
Hey Folks,
     Yes the summer season is really with us, with the 3 H's (heat, humidity, hazyness), so please join us for some Summer Fun (and musical mayhem) on the breezy, cool, and comfortable waterfront marina at a Taste of Key West in Ridley Park on Friday night June 25. If you haven't been there, it's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy our music and their hospitality. Located just off I-95, midway between the Airport and the Blue Route, you can check them out at www.atasteofkeywestpa.com for directions and menu (wonderful pulled pork and broccoli rabe sandwiches).
      It's an early Friday night gig as we'll be playing from 6:00 to 10:00 on the outdoor beach, resplendant in our motley fashionable Hawaiian/Jamaican garb, playing a summery mix of reggae, ska, Buffet (Jimmy not Warren...lol), rock and blues, and its a perfect place for a TGIF after work get together. They may even have their outdoor projection screen set up with a Phillies game queued up, or you can stand on the docks with a fishing line and a crab trap.
     Can you smell the salty air of the Tinicum estuary? Can you feel the cool breezes wafting in from the Delaware? Can you hear the lapping of boat wake upon the pilings and the gentle caw of the sea gulls? Sound refreshing? You bet! So yes ... you are invited (cordially) to "A Taste of Key West" on Friday night June 25 for an evening of Slightly Sedated.
