Sedated Friends and Fans,
     A busy month ahead as both the full band and our "Unplugged" duo have shows at The R Park Tavern in Ridley Park on Sat.  May 6 (full band) and the duo does the Stone Tavern in West Chester (Sat. May 13) and Monaghan's Irish Pub (Sun. matinee May 21). 
Here are the details:

• Sat. May 6 (7:00-10:00) - Full Band at The R Park Tavern - Ridley Park, PA (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100076206070900)
  One of Delco's hidden treasures, the R Park Tavern is a friendly and cozy neighborhood tavern with a delicious and varied pub grub menu that the locals rave about.  "R Park" is easy to get to, located on Sellers Ave., it's minutes from I-95 (Stewart Ave. exit).  The "R Park" stands for Ridley Park of course and as a new venue for us, we're hoping our Delco friends can make it out to enjoy the R Park hospitality, food and drink, and our music.
  
• Sat. May 13 (8:00-11:00) - "Unplugged" Duo at The Stone Tavern - West Chester, PA (https://www.thestonetavern1867.com/)
  Formerly known as the "Blarney Stone", this iconic Irish Pub has been reimagined, redesigned and reinvigorated into The Stone Tavern 1867 - with a wee bit o’ Blarney.  It is truly a charming combination of 150 year old reclaimed wood, stone, and mortar with accents of copper, cobblestone, mature landscape and décor of the old country – both historic Chester County and that of Donegal.  The "Stone" takes pride in their house made menu items and cooking from scratch with quality ingredients from their local butcher. They have also partnered with The Connacht Whiskey Company in County Mayo, Ireland so you can enjoy hand bottled Irish spirits that are distilled in copper pot stills in the former home of Duffy’s Bakery on the banks of the beautiful River Moy.  There will always be a wee bit o’ Blarney at The Stone.  For menu and directions, check out their website at https://www.thestonetavern1867.com/ 
  
• Sun. May 21 (2:00-5:00) - "Slightly Unplugged" Duo at Monaghan's Irish Pub, Essington, PA  (https://www.monaghanspub.com/)
  John and Steve return for an afternoon "Unplugged duo show and good chance for you to enjoy our music along with some "day drinking" at our favorite Irish pub.
  Monaghan's is the coziest Irish Pub in Delco with the biggest and most delicious pub grub menu you'll ever experience.  With  Wings, Sliders, Steaks, Hoagies, Flatbreads and a long list of appetizers, and they also feature a number of local craft brews on tap from Troegs, Victory Brewing, Golden Road, 2SP and Guinness (of course).  Full Menu and directions are available at https://www.monaghanspub.com/.
  
• As an end of the month bonus:
  Steve will be playing in the pit orchestra for Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra's production of Cole Porter's "High Society" musical.  Performances are at Strath Haven Middle School on May 20-21, and June 1-3, so check out the website at https://www.rvco.org/ for date and time details.  Steve will be selling tickets, so feel free to contact him if interested.
