October Newsletter - Stone Tavern (10/14), Monaghan's (10/21) and Market at Liberty Place (10/27)
Sedated Friends and Fans,
     Fall is definitely in the air and by the end of this month there will be a chill in the air and leaves in color and on the ground.  Of course that means it's perfect time to get out to see and hear Slightly Sedated and/or our duo Slightly Unplugged.  October gives you one chance for the full band (The Market at Liberty Place in Kennett Square - Fri. 10/27), and two chances for the Unplugged Duo (Stone Tavern - Sat. 10/14 and Monaghan's Irish Pub - Sat. 10/21). We do keep adding new material to our repertoire, so if you haven't been out to see us in awhile, you'll be in for a treat.
We truly hope to see some of you at one of these October shows, so here are the details:

• Sat. Oct. 14 (8:00-11:00) - "Unplugged" Duo at The Stone Tavern - West Chester, PA (https://www.thestonetavern1867.com/)
  Formerly known as the "Blarney Stone", this iconic Irish Pub has been reimagined, redesigned and reinvigorated into The Stone Tavern 1867 - with a wee bit o’ Blarney.  It is truly a charming combination of 150 year old reclaimed wood, stone, and mortar with accents of copper, cobblestone, mature landscape and décor of the old country – both historic Chester County and that of Donegal.  The "Stone" takes pride in their house made menu items and cooking from scratch with quality ingredients from their local butcher. They have also partnered with The Connacht Whiskey Company in County Mayo, Ireland so you can enjoy hand bottled Irish spirits that are distilled in copper pot stills in the former home of Duffy’s Bakery on the banks of the beautiful River Moy.  There will always be a wee bit o’ Blarney at The Stone.  For menu and directions, check out their website at https://www.thestonetavern1867.com/
  
• Sat. Oct. 21 (8:00-11:00) - "Slightly Unplugged" Duo at Monaghan's Irish Pub, Essington, PA (https://www.monaghanspub.com/)
  Monaghan's is the coziest Irish Pub in Delco with the biggest and most delicious pub grub menu you'll ever experience.  With  Wings, Sliders, Steaks, Hoagies, Flatbreads and a long list of appetizers, and they also feature a number of local craft brews on tap from Troegs, Victory Brewing, Golden Road, 2SP and Guinness (of course).  The food and vibe is so good that we actually go there to enjoy their hospitality, even when we're not playing.  Full Menu and directions are available at https://www.monaghanspub.com/.
  
• Fri. Oct. 27 (6:00-10:00) - Full Band at The Market at Liberty Place - Kennett Square, PA (http://themarketatlibertyplace.com/)
  As our resident regular home in Kennett Square, The Market at Liberty Place is a 10,000 square foot space (a mini-Reading Terminal), that's home to an exciting mix of merchants selling freshly prepared foods, produce, and other retail goods.
