     November is a "ramp up to the holidays" and Slightly Sedated, and the Aston Brass Band will be in action at The Market at Liberty Place in Kennett Square (11/7) and the R Park Tavern in Ridley Park (11/28).  Additionally, the Rose Tree Pops Fall Concert (11/22) will be at St. Anastasia Chruch in Newtown Square.  Here are the details, hoping you can stop out for the fun and the music.

  As Slightly Sedated's resident regular home in Kennett Square, The Market at Liberty Place is a 10,000 square foot space (a mini-Reading Terminal), that's home to an exciting mix of merchants selling freshly prepared foods, produce, and other retail goods.   A nice Sunday afternoon outing for us entertaining seniors and their families at the Plush Mills Senior Community.
• Sun. Nov. 22 - (3:00) - "Rose Tree Pops Orchestra" Fall Concert at St. Anastasia Church, Newtown Square, PA (https://www.rosetreepops.org/)
  The Rose Tree Pops Orchestra performs a "Celebration of American Composers" program featuring the works of  Bernstein, Copeland, Ellington, Gershwin, Gould, Manuel-Noriega (Hamilton) and more.
• Sat. Nov. 28 - (7:30-10:30) - The "Aston Brass Band" at The R Park Tavern - Ridley Park, PA (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100076206070900)
  The Aston Brass Band returns to the R Park Tavern with more new songs in tow.  We'll play our first original "Just Sayin" and as the holiday season kicks off, we'll play several Christmas favorites in our own "dixiefunk" style, and maybe even "Zat You, Santa Claus", a Louie Armstrong hit. This is truly a unique show, authenticly New Orleans, and we're grateful to the R Park Tavern for supporting jazz in Delaware County.
  One of Delco's hidden treasures, the R Park Tavern is a friendly and cozy neighborhood tavern with a delicious and varied pub grub menu that the locals rave about.  The "R Park" is easy to get to, located on Sellers Ave., just minutes from I-95 (Stewart Ave. exit).  "R Park" stands for Ridley Park of course, and we're hoping many of our Delco friends can make it out to enjoy the R Park hospitality, conviviality, food and drink, and our music.
