Music Lovers,
     A busy month of October is ahead for Slightly Sedated, the Aston Brass Band, and Slightly Unplugged with shows in and around the Delco/Chesco area and we do hope to see you at one (or more) of these events.

• Sat. Oct. 3 - (7:30-10:30) - "Slightly Sedated" at The R Park Tavern - Ridley Park, PA (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100076206070900)
  One of Delco's hidden treasures, the R Park Tavern is a friendly and cozy neighborhood tavern with a delicious and varied pub grub menu that the locals rave about.  The "R Park" is easy to get to, located on Sellers Ave., just minutes from I-95 (Stewart Ave. exit).  "R Park" stands for Ridley Park of course, and we're hoping many of our Delco friends can make it out to enjoy the R Park hospitality, conviviality, food and drink, and our music.

  A nice evening outing for the brass band entertaining at the Echo Lake Senior Living Community.
  
• Sun. Oct. 25 (3:00-6:00) - "Slightly Unplugged" at DiFabio's Tavern - Media, PA (https://difabiosevents.com/)
  John and Steve will be downstairs at DiFabio’s Tavern for some Sunday afternoon fun.  DiFabio's offers traditional favorites such as veal marsala, eggplant parmesan, and grilled sausage with white beans & broccoli rabe. Additionally, their chefs offer unique weekly specials and creative menu options that are sure to please. The restaurant itself has a casual environment boasting an old world ambience with a more updated feel.
  If you are looking to enjoy a delicious glass of wine, a creative cocktail or an ice cold beer from their fifteen selections, and stellar service DiFabio’s has what your looking for and more. DiFabio’s is conveniently located on Route 252 directly off Route 1 Bypass in Media.

  A nice afternoon outing for the brass band entertaining the lively seniors at FairAcres.
  
• Sat. Oct. 31 - (7:00-9:00) - The "Aston Brass Band" at Andrea's Jazz Cafe, Coatesville, PA (https://www.facebook.com/p/Andreas-Jazz-Cafe-100083271575972/)
  The Aston Brass Band returns to Chesco's hottest Jazz venue for a Halloween party night (feel free to come in costume).  Andrea's Jazz Cafe is a unique live music, entertainment and dining venue in the City of Coatesville. They aim to bring smooth jazz, bebop, Latin, contemporary country, blues down-home jazz, blues, fusion music, and delicious dining to the community, and the Aston Brass band is honored to bring our New Orleans brass style to Andrea's.  They also have great food and drink, and feature some New Orleans cajun cuisine, so check out their menu at https://www.facebook.com/p/Andreas-Jazz-Cafe-100083271575972/.
